Here are The Bengal’s “Flix Pix of the Week”
Happy viewing.
HULU: – “The IT Crowd”
Featuring Chris O’Dowd,Richard Ayoade and Katherine Parkinson, with recurring guest appearances by Noel Fielding, this British comedy series is not for the over sensitive or lovers of political correctness.
It is however, ideal for those in our viewing audience who can appreciate offbeat, raw British humour. This binge worthy comedy series centers around computer geeks in the IT department of a large company. Uniquely hysterical with perfectly timed one liners such as, “I’m sorry, are you from the past?”
“I’m trying to stop you having a piddle party in my house!”, “I’ll just put this over here with the rest of the fire.” and “They’re too cheerful, they spoil it for the rest of us”. This is one of my favorite shows and I can rewatch any episode and still bust out laughing.
NETFLIX: – “I don’t feel at home in this world anymore”
This is an American comedy thriller film and a winner of the Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury Prize in 2017 in the U.S. dramatic film category.
It stars Melanie Lynskey as Ruth and EliJah Wood as Tony who are an odd pair of friends on a mission. This film is a story about an easily overlooked woman who had enough and just snaps. Convinced that “everyone is an asshole” she drags her weird neighbor into a twisting turning series of escalating events and eventually learns a lesson in karma.
With very dark humor with a trail of unexpected bloodshed, you might get confused as to what side you are on for a while.
A fun ride if you have just had “one of those days.”
AMAZON PRIME: – “In Treatment”

He holds his therapy sessions out of an office in his home. The series is structured in such a way that the audience has a front row seat to these private sessions.
