Contingency Fund Request- There are two students who are planning to attend a conference meeting in October and

requested $1,516.88 to help cover the expenses.

Unanimous. MOTION CARRIED. Finance Officer Sapkota- In the discussion, Finance Committee members talked about the role of contingency funds and discussed whether or not to hear this request.
