CALL TO ORDER-7:00PM PRESIDENT’S REPORT a. Jackets and polo’s will be here next week. b. Senators should wear their polo’s to senate meeting, but may continue to wear Bengal gear until the polo’s arrive. c. President Kay sits on the Student Affairs Advisory Board, but is unable to attend the meeting due to his class schedule. d. All senators are invited to serve on the Student Affairs Advisory Board and President Kay asks that any senator who is able to sit on the board do so. CHAIR/COMMITTEE REPORTS a. No committees have been assigned at this time. GALLERY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS i. Senator Lamichhane asked if there is anything he should know from the ASISU Retreat as he was unable to attend. 1. President Kay asked Senators Jensen and Lamichhane to join him after the meeting for updates and information from the retreat. IN THE SENATE BILL 556 BY UMA SHANKAR MEDASETTI, COLLEGE OF GRADUATE STUDIES, SPONSORED BY MADDY WILSON, COLLEGE OF NURSING, ANDREW WEBB, COLLEGE OF BUSINESS This bill updates the Bylaws to reflect the correct number of senators allocated to each department in conjunction to Bill 551.
