ISU students can access treadmills and ellipticals at Reed Gym throughout the semester with their student ID, but the Wellness Center also offers 24 fitness classes with the purchase of a GET-FIT passport. For $25, students can show up to any weekly cardio/strength or mind/body class, from Zumba to barbell to pilates to interval training.

The courses are offered during 6 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. slots on weekdays, with 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. start times on Saturdays. Most take place at Reed Gym, with one Pilates class at the Red Hill building.

Class listing include Boot Camp (Monday 6:05 a.m., Thursday 5:05 p.m.), Zumba (Monday 12:05 p.m., Wednesday 5:05 p.m., Friday 4 p.m.), Body Sculpt (Monday 5:05 p.m.), Step Mix (Tuesday 6:05 a.m.), Barbell (Tuesday 12:05 p.m.), Interval Training (Tuesday 5:05 p.m., Thursday 12:05 p.m., Friday 6:05 a.m.), Muscle Pump (Wednesday 6:05 a.m.), POUND (Wednesday 12:05 p.m.), Cross Training (Thursday 6:05 p.m.), H.I.I.T. Blend (Friday 12:05 p.m.), Yoga (Monday 12:10 p.m., Tuesday 5:10 p.m., Wednesday 12:10 p.m., Friday 12:10 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.), Active Pilates (Tuesday 12:10 p.m.), Pilates Equipment (Wednesday 5:15 p.m.), Traditional Floor Pilates (12:10 p.m.) and Aqua Therapy (Friday 2 p.m.). Saturdays will feature a rotating class at 8 a.m.
