POCATELLO, Idaho – On a rainy and cold final round of the Washington State University Cougar Cup at Palouse Ridge, the Idaho State golf team shot a 339 in round 3 and a 988 for the tournament to finish in ninth place.

Kylie Martens led the Bengal scoring with a 243 after an 86 in round 3. Abby Kadrmas shot an 81 in round 3 for a 246 for the tournament. Brook Williams shot an 85 and finished with a final score of 250. Tanner Thompson shot an 87 in round 3, good for a 253 tournament score and Katrina Weil shot a 93 and finished the tournament with a 264.

Washington State won the tournament with a score of 873 and Sacramento State finished second at 879.

Idaho State is back in action at the Rose City Collegiate Invitational Sept. 25.
