a. Lambda Theta Alpha, Samantha Castro and Maria Mojica

i. Student organizations are required to have a minimum of ten members in order to beconsidered a club and receive full club benefits, such as being able to apply forincentive points. However, Lambda Theta Alpha currently only has eight members. Because of this, they were put on probation until their numbers are high enough.

ii. Lambda Theta Alpha already opened applications and plan to gain two new members by Spring of 2020. Members of this club are required to hold a 2.7 GPA, carry at least

12 credits, and commit to 4-6 weeks of membership. They currently have 30 individuals on their recruitment list.

iii. Samantha and Maria requested that ASISU approve Lambda Theta Alpha to receive full club benefits while they are in the recruiting process.

iv. Motion to approve Lambda Theta Alpha: Alvarez/Jha

b. CALM Counseling and Testing Services, Robin Bajracharya

i. Robin is a student intern for Counseling and Testing services.

ii. CALM stands for Counseling Action Learning and Motivation.

iii. Robin showed ASISU breathing techniques that they can share with their peers.

iv. Mindfulness sessions are held every Friday at 12:30PM and all are welcome to come.
